Who we are

The Art of Raising Capital ("we", "us") is an education and consulting program led by Darren Weeks. We teach business owners how to raise private capital with the Trust Capital Method.

Education only, not advice

Everything on our pages, in the free training and on our calls is for educational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, tax, investment or securities advice, and it does not create an attorney, adviser or fiduciary relationship.

Raising capital from investors is regulated by federal and state securities laws. You are responsible for following them. Always consult your attorney and accountant before raising capital.

Nothing on our pages is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security.

No guarantee of results

We do not promise that you will raise any amount of capital. Darren's experience and the stories of the people we have worked with are not typical and do not predict your results. Results depend on each business and each person, including your experience, your effort, your market and your network.

The free training and strategy calls

The free training is provided as is and may change or be removed at any time. Applying for a Capital Strategy Session does not guarantee a call or a place in our program. We may decline any application.

Our program

If you join our paid program, a separate written agreement will set out the fee, the payment terms and the cancellation and refund terms, if any. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement controls.

Our content

The training, videos, text, graphics, logos, the Trust Capital Method materials and all other content on our pages belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view them for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, record, share, resell or create works based on them without our written permission.

Rich Dad and Rich Dad Poor Dad are trademarks of their respective owners. The Art of Raising Capital is not affiliated with or endorsed by Rich Dad Company.

Using our pages

You agree not to:

• Use our pages for anything unlawful or misleading.
• Give us false information when you register, apply or book.
• Copy or scrape our pages, or try to access parts of them you are not authorized to use.
• Interfere with the security or operation of our pages.

Emails and text messages

When you register, apply or book, you agree that we may contact you by email and, if you agree to it, by text message, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time and reply STOP to stop texts.

Other websites and services

Our pages may link to or rely on websites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or how they work, and their own terms apply.

Disclaimer

Our pages and content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that they will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any lost profits, lost funding or lost data, arising from your use of our pages or content. Our total liability for any claim related to these pages is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to hold us harmless from any claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your misuse of our pages or your breach of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. If you keep using our pages after that, you accept the updated terms.
